Calendar Data
- When you connect your Google Calendar or Outlook account, the App accesses your calendar events to provide personalized insights and reflection features
- Calendar data is used locally on your device only
- Your OAuth tokens are securely stored using iOS Keychain encryption
User-Generated Content
- Insights and reflections you create in the App
- These are stored locally on your device by default
- Optional: If you enable cloud sync features, this data may be stored on iCloud servers
AI Provider Communication
- When you use AI features (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini), your prompts and responses are sent to the respective AI provider’s servers
- Each AI provider has its own privacy policy:

- The App does not store your AI conversations—they exist only in the provider’s systems per their policies

- To communicate with AI providers when you request AI features
- To improve App performance and user experience
Data Security
- Calendar data and personal insights are encrypted using iOS Keychain
- API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely
- No sensitive financial information is collected or stored
Data Retention
- Local data: Stored on your device until you delete the App
- Cloud data: Retained according to your account settings (if enabled)
- AI conversations: Managed by each AI provider per their privacy policies
- OAuth tokens: You can revoke access at any time through your account settings or the respective calendar provider’s settings
Third-Party Services
The App may use or integrate with third-party services:
- Google Calendar: Requires OAuth authentication
- Microsoft Outlook: Requires OAuth authentication
